WAYCROSS, GA (May 22, 2014) - This weekend's Lucas Oil Show-Me 100 - Presented by ProtectTheHarvest.com will be taped for TV to air on three networks in 2014. The award winning Lucas Oil Productions Studios will tape the event to air on CBS, NBC Sports and MAVTV. The Lucas Oil Speedway in Wheatland, MO, also known as the "Diamond of Dirt Tracks", will be buzzing with excitement as the first crown jewel event on the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series schedule this Friday and Saturday. Lucas Oil Production Studios will capture all the action and drama that is sure to make for another great TV Show.
The Lucas Oil Show-Me 100 will also give drivers of the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series another chance to earn valuable points towards the Bad Boy Mowers TV Challenge - Presented by E3 Spark Plugs. The driver that earns the most points at all of the TV races, within the series schedule this year, will be crowned the Bad Boy TV Race Points Champion and receive a $10,000 cash award at the series year-end awards banquet. Under the Bad Boy TV Points Challenge, the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series will have fifteen (15) events taped for TV on four different Networks in 2014 including MAVTV, CBS, NBC Sports and CBS Sports. In the chase for the Bad Boy Mowers TV Points Title, Steve Francis leads Earl Pearson Jr by a slim 25 points, followed by Don O'Neal, Eddie Carrier and Jimmy Owens, to round out the top five.

The 22nd Annual Lucas Oil Show-Me 100 gets under way this Thursday, May 22nd with a complete show with the $5,000 to win MLRA "Cowboy Classic" event plus a complete Pitts Homes USRA Modified Show, featuring NASCAR Star and TV personality Kenny Wallace. Action on Friday, May 23rd will include the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series and Miller Welders time trials. After qualifying, there will be six 20-lap heat races with the top-3 in each heat race automatically transferring to the $30,000 to win Lucas Oil Show-Me 100 on Saturday night. Friday night racing action also includes the Crawford Supply Race of Champions - Presented by Traeger Grills, paying $1,000 to win and the Hot Rod Tracker Manufacturers Dash, featuring the fastest qualifiers in each chassis brand paying $1,000 to win. The Pitts Homes USRA Modifieds will be running preliminary events as they attempt to qualify for their main event on Saturday night.
On Saturday night, May 24th, the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series competitors not already locked into the 100-lap main event will attempt to transfer their way into the feature event through B-Mains and the Midwest Sheet Metal Show-Me Challenge.
